When you are not accustomed to technology, the MTA or Fundamentals is obtained as a first-class certification. Learners choose the basics to form the basis of learning. It is indeed very beneficial and does not require any prerequisites, but it is important to know that obtaining MTA or this basic certification is not considered a Microsoft Professional certificate nor is it a requirement of other certifications.

MCSA or Associate level certificates are opted for when you have completed basic education in technology, such as taking an online degree course, then you can opt for MCSA instead of MTA. It is beneficial for your entry-level into the IT industry and is a prerequisite for the specialist level.

MCSE or specialist level certification is designed for professionals in the IT industry. This certification is respectable, advanced, and requires thorough technical knowledge to pass and validate your skills.

MOS is a bit different from the above certification, but it is very useful. This is a Microsoft Office specialist. This is especially for Microsoft Office users to verify their expertise in this area again in three levels. 

The standard has prerequisites and will certify for the overall proficiency of Microsoft Office and then there is a specialist level where you get an expert certificate in Excel or Word. It allows you to become Microsoft Excel Certified or Microsoft Word Certified. And then there are the masters for PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook. Specialist level MOS must be approved to obtain a Masters's.

To obtain Microsoft Professional certifications, you must pass a series of tests to obtain them. These are very well-recognized certifications and will boost your IT career. With these certifications, you can enhance your abilities in terms of Microsoft programs by being able to create charts, learn MS Office, and compile data.

Most companies claim to go into CV with Microsoft certification and choose Microsoft certified training employees for salary increase because they are more productive and require less training or supervision.
